Worry Free Registration

Registering for camp shouldn't cause you to wonder, "What if something happens and my child can't make it, do I lose my deposit?" The answer is NO.
We have dropped our registration deposit to only $50, and if you need to cancel for any reason this amount will be returned to you in the form of a Cran-Hill Ranch Voucher - good for ANYTHING at Cran-Hill Ranch. You can use it for another child at camp, RV reservations, one of our year round retreats, or even ice-cream at the Store.
Your camp balance is due 1 month prior to camp.

Early Registration*

Any registration submitted online (or postmarked) by February 15 will receive a $20 discount
*Applies to IGNITE, FUEL and MOMENTUM camps only

Multiple Child or Multiple week discounts*

For each additional child from the same household, or each additional week a camper registers for you can claim a $10 discount. So for a family with 3 campers registereing; the first would be at full price, the second and third children would recieve a $10 discount each.

3 for Free program* (Come to camp for FREE)

We know that our best recruiting tool is YOU. Happy campers tell their friends.
Just find 3 friends that have never been to summer camp at Cran-Hill Ranch.
Have them put YOUR campers name on their registration form in the space marked "3 for Free Friend" and send it in. It's that easy. Once you've all been to camp, we'll send you a refund for 100% of what you paid for camp.

Bunk Mates

We guarantee all bunk mate requests where 2 campers list each other on their forms.
Older campers will always be moved to a younger age group to accomodate their bunk mate requests.
We do our best to accomodate 'circular' bunk mate requests, but reserve the right to limit how many bunk mates are in the same cabin to avoid having campers left out.
In cabins where there are campers without a Bunk Mate request - there will ALWAYS be at least 2 (or usually many more) who have not listed a Bunk Mate.

* Campers do not carry cash - all spending money is turned in at registration. Any remaining balance at the end of camp can be picked up after our closing ceremonies.

* Unless noted, all camps begin on Sunday. Registration will open at 4pm
* Unless noted, all camps end on Friday with a closing ceremony at 2pm

* Cell Phones, Computers, mp3 players, electronic devices and other valuables need to be left at home. Cran-Hill Ranch is not responsible for any lost items.

* Campers do not have access to a phone or computer during their time at camp. Letters and one-way emails from parents and family are encouraged.
