CRAN-HILL RANCH FAMILY CAMPING MINISTRIES
Cran-Hill Ranch has two specific Family
Camping Ministries.
(1) Family Camp Ministry Week and
(2) Classic Family Camping & Personal Retreats.
... is a focused, weeklong stay in one of Cran-Hill Ranchs campground sites or cottages allowing your family to take advantage of the many week long ministry and recreational activities from Monday Sunday.
Family Camp Ministry Weeks are defined in the reservation system as a 6 nights stay (Mon. Sat. nights.)
There will be activities planned just for you, your kids and your whole family to enjoy throughout the week including devotional material that will help your family have a vacation with purpose. You can even sign your kids up for a morning or afternoon session of Ranch Day Camp for ages 5-11 and have some time for just you and your spouse.
Family Camp Ministry Weeks are given priority in our reservation schedule to make sure there is room for your family to enjoy the Ranch Ministry for an entire week or even two.

Classic Family Camping &
Personal Retreats...
... This is the classic, private Christian campground experience you
have come to expect and love at Cran-Hill Ranch.
You and your family can come for any amount of time and take advantage
of the many offerings and safe family environment provided to the Cran-Hill
Ranch guests at the above seasonal rates.
You can book your campground stay for any amount of time you wish (except
for holiday weekends) and take advantage of all the Ranchs activities
and offerings.
Reservations for Classic Family Camping open December 3rd, 2007 at 8:00am.
Reservation Dates - 2008 Season
Dec. 3, 2007 - Registration Opens for anyone... any combination of days... any length of stay Phone reservations only.

October 23, 2007- April 16: $16 per night- electric only

April 17 - May 22: $30 per night

May 23 - Sept. 7: $36 per night

Sept. 8- Oct. 26: $30 per night
DEPOSIT
4 or More Nights - 50% Deposit Due at Reservation.
(100% payment due by May 1st)
3 or Less Nights - 100% Deposit Due at Reservation.
Fees may be paid by Visa or MasterCard when making your reservation, or your reservation may be held with a credit card and paid with check within 10 days of making the reservation.

Exact campsites are not guaranteed, but we will do our best.

One Family Unit per site. (Family Unit = Parents and their dependant children or Grandparents and their grandchildren). Or up to 4 unrelated people per site.

Additional $5 per person, per night for additional overnight guests.

One trailer and one sleeping tent (or two tents) allowed per site. (rule does not include dining canopy)

Individuals may book up to 5 lots at one time (for the same dates)

Individuals may book up to 2 different camping stays at one time. (for different dates)

No more than 8 people per site (due to health department guidelines)

A reservation is always for consecutive nights booked.

3 night minimum stay (Fri, Sat., Sun.) on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.

Check in after 4pm, Check out before 3pm. (Departures after 3pm will be charged an extra day.)

Two vehicles are allowed per lot. Additional vehicles may park at the Barn Store.

Alcholic beverages, Fireworks, and Firearms are NOT permited on Cran-Hill Ranch Property
RESERVATION CHANGES & EARLY DEPARTURES
- Family Camp Ministry Week Campers changing from one week to another will not be charged a fee.
- Any other reservation change of a Family Camp Ministry
Week will be handled as a full cancellation
- Classic Family Campers changing their complete reservation to a different date keeping the same number of days booked will not be charged a fee.
- Classic Family Campers reducing their reservation dates, or departing early will be subject to cancellation policy.
CANCELLATIONS
4 or More Nights (Including Family Ministry Weeks)
If the 100% payment is not received by May 1st Deposit will be forfeited, reservation will be cancelled and site will be re-opened for other reservations.
-Cancellations made prior to May 1st - the full 50% Deposit is forfeited to CHR.
-Cancellations made14 days or more prior to reservation 60% refunded to you (of 100% payment)
-Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to reservation 50% refunded to you (of 100% payment)
-Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to reservation 0% refunded to you (of 100% payment)
3 or Less Nights
-Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to reservation 75% refunded to you
-Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to reservation 50% refunded to you
-Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to reservation 0% refunded to you
