Important Details

1. Registration is open to all regardless of race, creed, color, or national origin. All registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Some weeks fill up faster than others so send in your registration now!
2. Include your first, second, and third choice of camps. This will give you a better chance of securing a place in case your first choice is full.
3. Insurance: Our camp insurance begins where your insurance ends with a maximum coverage of $5,000 for accidents occurring at camp.
4. Refund Policies: Refunds are given if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before your week of camp. For cancellations less than 30 days before your week of camp refunds will only be given due to medical reasons or a family emergency. All refunds are subject to a $25 office fee.
5. Scholarships: Available in the case of financial hardship. Scholarship application forms are available here or by contacting the office.
6. Fees: A $100 minimum deposit is required with your registration. Your balance is due one month before your week of camp.

8. Registration for most camps is Sunday afternoon from 4-5pm.
   The registration process includes: Turning in any medications and updating your health form, as well as receiving your cabin and counselor assignments. Check your confirmation letter for specific Check-in times.
   

Medical Information
A qualified Camp Health Offiver is on duty to dispense all medications and deal with any medical needs that may arise. The Health Officer is available during registration to check in medications and answer any questions that you may have.
All campers must have a current Medical Information Form on file.
