Camp Staff

Each summer Cran-Hill hires about 50 summer staff to serve the many guests that come here. Long after the details of camp are forgotten, campers still remember their counselors - that’s why we only hire the best. Summer Staff are selected for their ability to communicate God’s love to young people and must display a strong desire to live and grow in their Christian walk. Counselors must be 19 years of age or have completed one year of college. Each staff member is screened through an extensive application, character references, and a thorough interview. All staff receive 10 days of training before campers arrive.
