Build lasting relationships with your Students!

2024 Registration Opens July1, 2023

We want you to do what you do best - minister to today’s youth. Let us take care of all the details; a great speaker, an awesome worship band, all the meals, and activities. This allows you to spend more time building relationships with your youth and leaders. Whether you are hanging out playing a game of archery tag, hitting the tubing hill, or digging into God's word in small group time with your teens, we want you to have the best weekend you can.


Student: $129 ($119 - Early Bird Special if your group reserves your spot before November 1!)


Leader (1 per 7 campers): $85


Additional leaders: $129

Registration deadlines are set 14 days prior to the specific retreat weekend.

Focused Fun.


CranHill Winter Youth Retreats Provide a wide variety of winter activities for your group. Have a great time building memories on our 3 sledding hills, archery tag, snowshoeing, climbing the ice wall, or getting competitive in a broomball tournament! We also offer horseback trail rides at an additional cost.

The fun doesn't stop when it is time for chapel though. We will play some fun games, followed by a time of engaging worship and teaching for your students to draw closer to God.

CranHill Winter Youth Retreats are specifically designed for Youth Leaders to engage in large and small group interactions with the intention of transforming lives into the image of Christ.


We want you to be able to connect with your youth group and foster relationships that continue to build after you go back home.


Liability Waiver

Required for each student and sponsor. 1 form can cover an entire family.


Retreat Roster

1 required for each GROUP. This is just a list of names and DOES NOT need to be on this form - any format that includes the same information is acceptable.


Each group is responsible for (and MUST have) their own medical release forms and medication management.


Each group is responsible for (and MUST have) a list of attendees with allergies and information regarding those allergies. Please email your list to our Food Service Manager at
