What is Servsafe?
ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection. Sanitation certification is required by the State of Michigan as a basic credential for their management staff.
CranHill will be offering a full day of instruction on all of the Servsafe standards and an opportunity to take the National Servsafe exam. We will provide all the needed materials including the textbook and exam sheets for this class.

Instructor: Genelle Hinken, the CranHill Food Service Director, is a certified Chef with the ACF and is a certified Servsafe Instructor and Proctor.
$160.00 - Full day of instruction, materials, exam, and lunch.
$75.00 - Proctored exam. Includes only the last hour of class to review and to take the exam. The book not included. (Exam Sheet only)
